On p412 of the CPAG book it says that one partner in a couple cannot claim IBJSA at the same time as the other partner is claiming PC.
This causes a problem when a couple are claiming JSA and then realise they could have been getting savings credit and want to take advantage of backdating rules.
Has anyone got a legal reference for this rule as the book doesn't give one. Also any ideas how to get round it?
