HMRC tell me:
The tax credits computer system is likely to be unavailable due to planned routine system upgrades from 13.00pm Friday 2nd to Tuesday 6th April.
As this period includes the Easter weekend, the tax credits Helpline will be open until 16.00pm on Friday 2nd, Saturday 3rd and Monday 5th April. The Helpline will be closed on Sunday 4th April. Helpline advisers will not be able to make any changes to claimants' records on the days when the system is unavailable.
