I am preparing an IS appeal for non-receipt of IS payments (giros) on the basis that the DWP have failed in it's responsibility to ensure payments of IS is made... I have found a reference in the current CPAG welfare rights guide to the "Missing Payments Guide"... On the 'old version' of rightsnet there is a thread that relates to this guide, and rightsnet confirmed that they have a hard copy... (link below)...
Does anyone know if this guide is available in electronic versions... surely with advances in technology... it should be available somewhere... (though it is still 'missing' from the DWP website)...
