I'd just like to share part of a sentence of a very 'reasonable' letter recently received from the LA
"...an authority which acted unreasonably would be susceptible to judicial review, a decision is not unreasonable merely because it is not the most reasonable course of action but only if it is so unreasonable that no reasonable authority..."

I know it makes sense but not at first glance on a Monday morning

The only reasonable reponse to such a letter is probably treasonable.
