howdo people ?

have a cl. who ceased working jan 06, claimed j.s.a. returned to work for one day june 06 but had accident, after which he claimed i.b / i.s.

however, cl. did not inform c.s.a of the changes to his income and has now been hit with a bill for c.s arrears.

advised by c.s.a helpline that we cannot backdate change of circs and the arrears are recoverable.

cl. states he did not receive any letters after missing one or two c.s.a payments informing him of the consequences of not paying tthe c.s.a.

debt now with a bailiff and can we ask that the outstanding c.s.a be returned to c.s.a and begin to negotiate repayment ?

does anyone have any thoughts or ideas ?
