Goodbye - or au revoir
Thu 31-Jul-08 10:58 AM

Morning colleagues.

After some protracted health problems I've chucked in the towel and today is my last day in this job. Just wanted to say thanks to all the contributors here - I know without any need to count posts that I've received far more help than I've ever been able to provide; and thanks too to rightsnet staff for the fantastic job they do.

Might be back in a fresh incarnation in a few weeks - but it'll be a much reduced time committment if I do!

Thanks again, and keep up the fight...!

back to Andy, I think (hope) you meant au revoir, as adieu tends to be used when the parting is indefinite

Oh gawd!

Brian i meant the posting as a supportive fraternal posting hoping Gerry would come back soon etc, but tied myself in knots over french words in a (i was going to say faux pas but i'm steering clear of any french words because i get them mixed up) embarrassingly cringey way.

Sorry Gerry, really hope things get better.
