This is related to my post under IS/JSA.
Disabled person goes into hospital. DLA.AA stops after 4 weeks.
Carer's Allowance stops after 4 weeks.
Carer's Premium Stops after another 8 weeks. That makes 12 weeks altogether.

Thought: The Carer's means-tester benefits are adjusted at this 12-week point????

Where does it tell me this or is it just a case of working it out on regulation?????
