Capital limits for Income Support

Hi I'm looking for information on the lower capital limit for Income support from 1998 to date.

The lower limit for everyone was £3000 until April 2001, when the limit was raised to £6000 for people over 60. The limit was raised to £6k for everyone from April 2006: it pays to keep old Disability Rights Handbooks!
