The above is a quote from one Neil Couling, the JCP gentleman responsible for the delivery of working age Benefits in general and the Social Fund in particular.

If you go to the link below, which hopefully Shawn will have sorted out by the time you read this, you'll see that Neil has finally come up with a solution which might just work, which basically entails JCP almost doubling their Social Fund Decision makers numbers from 800 to 1500 over the next few months.... we shall see ......

Feb 2008:
