I have been reading the DWP's Work Capability Assessment Internal Review with interest. Especially as it appears that for my clients who all have mental health problems, the proposal is that there will now only be 7 questions on the ESA50 rather than the current 11. Although there are more descriptors covering those who have LCWRA proposed.

Does anyone have any comments?

Does anyone know of the time scale for when these new descriptors may come into force?

Will need major regulations. Not before the general election. And I think you can assume that SSAc will be going for consultation on anything this big.
