My client is a lone parrent and a carer for her disabled father. She recieves Income Support with a carer premium.
She has been told by one arm of the DWP that she has no need to attend a work foccussed interview - and yet another arm says yes she must or face sanctions.
CPAG suggests that there is no exemptions, but i would like to be sure before i advise. Could anyone confirm this for me.
