Starting to get a few ESA appeal hearings coming through now - so decided to resurect an old couple of para's I used to use when the commputer geneterated IB85''s first came out - with a few amendments of course
Any thoughts welcome
" Mr . . .now finds himself in “No Mans Land” neither fit for work (according to his specialists and GP, who know his conditions well and are treating him) or unfit for work (according to Registered Nurse . . . . , who has no knowledge of his conditions) and the LiMA programme - !
Should the tribunal be minded to accept the ESA85 report then we would suggest an adjournment for them to obtain details from the Secretary of State, of Registered Nurse Ms . . . area of specialism and training on assessing mental health (compatible to that of a Clinical Psychologist). Also details as to the clinical expertise and list of specialists and up-to-date knowledge that the LiMA programme is based on. We also request that copies of the case studies used to identify the accuracy of the reports and accepted margins of error in the assessments.
If the Secretary of State is to provide a report and portray this report as an accurate medical assessment, then he must provide the proof to justify this assertion, otherwise it can be no more than a computer game whose results are based on key words inputted by the examining Health Care Professional. -
