Hi - just doing the dreaded updating of our publications and we disagree on this one. Can you help?
Claimants who are being paid child dependant increases have got transitional protection (subject to entitlement and breaks in claim). Is there an end date for the transitional protection or will eligible claimants continue to get it until the child is 16/18?
