client returned to me today following award under SR nov 2003. he has just been advised by specialist that he is now in remission (YAY!) and is concerned whether he needs to notify DBC.

Spec has signed him off work for furhter 3months to allow strength to rebuild now chaemo has finished, have advised client at this stage not to inform as remission is only as good as remission can be, no guarantees etc.

if he does return to work in 3 monthss, DWP will be notified (IS, ICB) and so have advised only then to contact DBC

am i right?
