Hi there you may recall that in November I required assistace with regards my mother going into hospita her inherating some money from my granddads estate and breckland council and norwich PC not allowing her partner any benefit as they did not treat her absence as permanent. I would like to advise you that after 6 months of letters my mums partner is now being treated as a single person and is receiving all his benefit entitlement. Mum is now in a nursing home and receiving all her benefit. Thanks for all suport.
