Role of Solicitors acting for clients
Fri 05-Mar-04 02:13 PM

I have received a copy of a commisioner's decision which upheld the department's appeal. In this decision Commisioner Turnball quotes " Article 96 of Bowstead & Reynolds on Agency (17th ed.,2001) Does anyone have a copy of this or can tell me what this is or where to get it

Thanks Sue

"First published in 1896, "Bowstead and Reynolds on Agency" is the authoritative guide to the maze of old and modern case law and statutes"

Can be purchased from Amazon.co.uk (£263.00) or should be in any decent law library
