When an ESA appeal is allowed by the tribunal do they also make at the same time a decision as to what component the claimant should go into i.e. the support of work-related component?

Yes they should. If you think your client should be in the support group then include this in your submission with the reasons why and/or explain these at the hearing.

Idid just this yesterday and my client was placed in the support group by the tribunal's decision. Yippee!!
