Jobcentre codes
Wed 19-May-10 12:57 PM

The following codes are for DWP forms and are in connection with a claim for IB. Does anyone know what they refer to?

BM9
BM34
DLS134

Thanks,

Tony, unless my memory is totally frakked, the BM series of forms related to maternity allowance. The DLS134 will be a draft letter of some description, but as for what exactly they refer to, that knowledge surpasses even my level of geekiness. are you trying to decipher a full record print, by any chance? : )

Thanks JJ. Yes, I am trying to decipher a full record print. They sent a very large list of abbreviations to help us do that, but not all abbreviations are included.

Its an interesting case where the jobcentre cannot make up thier minds whether the client received IB or IS. The print doesn't help that much.

However, there is evidence of an MA claim so you can feel much better about your memory. Probably more so than mine actually - I left a pan on all night last night and awoke at dawn to the most awful smell.
