A while ago, I mailed a copy of a code of practice I had for interviews under caution and Shawn posted it up. I've tried to find it in the various forums but have failed miserably. I have even lost both my own paper and electronic copies.
If Shawn could be so kind to have a rummage round for it and re-post the link to it, I for one, would be grateful.
But to answer your question, a person, or his/her representative have a right to a copy in any proceedings taken against them.
Until and unless proceedings are issued, there is no right to a copy.
