CA and sdp
Wed 24-Nov-04 02:41 PM

I've a couple on RP and IB who are both on qualifying rate of DLA and have underlying entitlement to CA so get the couple rate of both the cp and sdp. I've an issue with my clients' entitlement going back to 1997. I can't remember that far back if there was a time when there would not be entitlement to sdp because CA had been claimed. Has anyone a better memory than me?
Cheers
Sue

Dis Rights Handbook 21st Edition indicates that nothing's changed, things were the same then with CA and underlying entitlement and the SDP.

Good Luck!

Thanks Nicky. Don't have resource material going back that far.
