Between Pension Service and Inland Revenue the DWP are starting to look saintly.
Over the last 3 months nearly half of the Social policy evidence forms for this bureau (which can be on anything at all, benefits, housing, consumer...) were related to the Pension Service. (Or the interaction between DWP and the Pension Service when people reach 60).

With the restructuring of the Pension Service following recent announcment it is likely that all new claims and processing of income support, IB and JSA etc will be centralised in this area to Norwich moving away from local offices
