I attended a meeting today about the Customer Management System, CMS, the DWP bods explaining it seemed to be under the impression that date of claim regs were different for Incap compared to Income Support, no idea where they got that from and they have been asked to explain why, this may cause problems for claimants entering the system, if anyone has any cases could they let me know?
