I was wondering if any one knows whether a decision has been made/challenged on whether or not Pension Credit may be viewed as an Old age benefit under european law and, therefore, be fully exportable and not just restricted to 4 weeks as at present? Any advice would be gratefully received!

I don't know the answer either, but I do know that around 18 months ago we referred one case like this to the Public Law Project. I understand they were looking for a number of appropriate cases to test the rule on exportability of pension credit

they've got two helplines
Human Rights and Public Law Line, for agencies with a Community Legal Service contract - 0808 808 4546, Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10 to 1 and on Monday and Wednesday afternoons between 2 to 5pm.
