I have been informed by the Adelphi that the following items are included in the list of coming changes to PC:
1) Changes to disregards re hepatitis C payments
2) Changes to the notional capital rules (to correct the possible anomoly created by the current format of the new notional disposal regs that cover PC and pensioner HB/CTB)
3)Changes to the non dep rules relating to the new 26 week grace period (I thought that was already in!)
4) Changes relating to second pension increases as it relates to the AIP(?)
5) Changes relating to the treatment of final income payments.

Will advise as and when more detail arises.
