Changes to pension credit ag

Morning

I know i have seen something about the changes to pension credit age but i cannot remember now. I know state pension is changing from 2010, is the minimum age for Pension Credit changing as well and if so how?

Yes qualifying age for state pension credit is defined as pensionable age for a woman (s.1(6) SPCA 2002) - so this will be changing from April 2010.

Also moving from the working-age to pension-age HB/CTB will also be aligned to reaching qualifiying age for state pension credit instead of just reaching age 60.
