ankolysing spondylitis - exempt from PCA?

answers on a postcard to....

have an ICB appeal pending for client with above condition, scored 0pts on latesst PCA, previous 23pts in 2002

rang JC+ for full history, claim assessed as exempt (poly-arthritis) in 1998, reviewed 3x since with full PCAs

1st guess - correct!, well kind of - is one of these new fangled computer print-out PCAs with a wealth of inofmration contained therein

have since got copy of '98 eexemption cert - condition at that time was Reiters Syndrome, cl has since been diagnosed with AS on top

and it gets better....exempted under Reiters, bottom of cert...

"expect condition to sig improve within 18months"
