Client was doing permitted work higher limit as agreed with DEA since March 2004 working for a relative, as work had dried up he started doing similar work for a different relative, still within higher limit parameters. Has been found capable of work for 9 weeks as he failed to inform change of job within 42 days.

Cant find anything which places a time limit on notifying this change - only on starting work.

Any info/sources most welcome

Also, decision notice regarding this is dated OCtober 2004 ( no date in October? ) Does this mean the deadline for appeal is November 2004?
