top of the week to all and a cheery howdo to boot !
have a cl. who came to uk from poland may 2008. he has a 10 year old daughter living in poland. he claimed c.b but this has been refused because : the child is not living with cl. cl. is not contributing towards his daughters upkeep in poland at the weekly c.b rate. cl. has paid child support to child in poland but cannt evidence this. cl. has submitted appeal against c.b decision and frankly, i'm flummoxed on this one ?
any ideas as to whether cl. is entitled to c.b for child in poland greatly appreciated ...
