The next NAWRA meeting will now take place at The Holiday Inn, West Bawtry Road, Rotherham S60 4NA on Friday 5th December 2008. The event is hosted by Rotherham Welfare Rights.

The focus of the meeting will be a discussion around the future of advice work which will be led by our guest speaker, Adam Griffith, Policy Officer at Advice Services Alliance. I am sure many NAWRA members will want to listen to and take part in the debate.

In addition we have workshops covering:

- Claiming benefits for children and families
- Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Volunteering and the impact on benefits
- The DWP change programme

NAWRA Christmas Party! We are pleased to announce the inaugural NAWRA Christmas event. A chance to meet up with other members, friends, colleagues or just sit in the corner drinking until the wee small hours. Non-members, guests, partners, etc. are all welcome!

This will take place on Friday 19th December 2008 @ Sinclair’s Oyster Bar, 2 Cathedral Gates, Manchester, M3 1SW. It's right in the centre of town just near Marks & Spencer. Meet there from 12 noon through until 7.00 pm. After that, who knows!
