Review of our Welfare Rights Service Wed 02-Jan-08 09:36 AM
I'm the Welfare Rights Manager for A Housing Association. The management announced at their Regional Conferences that they were about to review the service we provide. I have since been insructed that I am in charge of the review and they want me to provide three alternative options of providing Welfare Rights within the group. This is where I would like the help of members. I am interested in getting in touch with colleagues who work as Welfare Rights Advisers for other Housing Associations to compare services. I feel that my staff do provide an excellent service, but as you know in the cut throat world of housing I have to prove that any service we provide is viable and cost effective and should be seen as an essential service for the residents and the staff. Please reply if you can help.
