I'm the Welfare Rights Manager for A Housing Association. The management announced at their Regional Conferences that they were about to review the service we provide. I have since been insructed that I am in charge of the review and they want me to provide three alternative options of providing Welfare Rights within the group.
This is where I would like the help of members. I am interested in getting in touch with colleagues who work as Welfare Rights Advisers for other Housing Associations to compare services.
I feel that my staff do provide an excellent service, but as you know in the cut throat world of housing I have to prove that any service we provide is viable and cost effective and should be seen as an essential service for the residents and the staff.
