Working with a couple in receipt of income support. Can we apply for one community care grant for travel costs for wife and combine this with one for husband leaving hospitaland associated needs or do they have to be separate?

I've never had any problems using the same form for travel expenses and items, but I'm not sure whether the new more detailed CCG claim forms cover both... I would imagine they do, but I don't have one to hand.
