sleeping chair man

Does anyone remember the CD about the sleeping chairman or any decisions on how chairs are to treat clients?

Its CDLA/1588/2008, concerning the medical member being asleep. The case was heard at my regular venue and I'm dying to know who it was.

Blimey! Although I have to confess I've been known to drift off a bit during hearings myself.

I should add for clarity. It was alleged but not proven that the medical member was asleep. The medical member denied this and replied that she had her eyes closed but was awake and thinking.

I've used that one a few times. It works until you start snoring.

If it's a member of Liverpool TAS then I'd be happy to speculate, especially given that Frank Duvalier is obviously a nom de guerre, so I couldn't be hunted down. In fact I'm more than prepared to draw up a list of usual / unusual suspects.
