    *very* interesting figures. thanks.
does anyone know how many appeals are settled in the appellant's favour without a hearing?
also, i wonder if there are there any comparison figures for success rate of appeals with pre-DMA era?

The statistics provided by the AS won't in many cases record the information needed to answer the first question. If it is superceeded by the DM without being registered with the AS as an appeal then it probably won't show up in the statistics. I'm not sure how it will be recorded if it is registered as as appeal, but is superceeded before the Tribunal tales place.

The AS website may answer the second query by comparing the statistics over time. Sorry don't know the address.
