Law Society threaten LSC with judicial review on unified contract Tue 27-Mar-07 03:35 PM
The Law Society has issued a letter before action to the Legal Services Commission challenging their right to unilaterally amend the new unified contract.
Plus ... a number of legal aid practitioners have written to their Accounts Managers at the LSC informing them of their intention not to sign the new contract.
