Previous PCA reports
Tue 16-Mar-04 12:52 PM

A client has recently failed a PCA - awarded 0 points. He had undergone a previous PCA 2002 where he was awarded 6 points, IB was reinstated after further evidence from GP.
The client has now received a submission on his latest appeal without his former PCA report.
Are the DWP obliged to furnish previous PCA's? As they have not could this affect the tribunal?

yes yes and yes!

i cant recall comm's decisions or regs but havee often had trib's adjourn for production of past reports, is worth asking for it direct from DWP if you have time before the hearing, their PO can then forward the info to TAS as extra submission
