if anyone knows what it means, i'd be grateful for a potted summary.
i have a bit of a problem with woo-woo - science as a policy basis generally, but in this case, i have a niggling worry as to whether the measures might in some cases, place women (and children) at risk of violence. does anyone know whether any risk assessment has been made?
