Client was on ESA. Did not attend medical due to hospitalisation/medication (including morphine). ESA has now been stopped. Have requested good cause and appealed. Has been refused any money meantime. Should he not be entitled to low rate until decided?

maybe treating this as the same as when clients failed to attend a pca medical and so couldnt claim reduced income supprt whilst appealling?
