I nearly spat my sandwich all over my monitor when I read this article. Wherever do they get their figures from? Yeah, maybe compared to last week they're keeping up but compared to 18 months ago before the BDC's were implemented? Get real!
If anyone on our side of the fence agrees with Mr Lewis's announcement I shall eat a selection of fine millinary such as my be volunteered by my colleagues!
