I have been asked to attend a meeting with a representative from AIMS to help resolve some anomolies in the way a local religious charity who runs a retirement scheme levies its service charges as a consequence of which several of its resident have problems with their pension credit claims. Where can I look for a detailed description of what is covered by pension credit ?

Have you got access to the Child Poverty Action group handbook or the Disability Rights Association handbook? Both should be in your local library or your local CAB may be willing to let you look at them.
