Does anyone have any experience of councils refusing the Disability Discount (when an downstairs room is used exclusively by the disabled person who cannot get upstairs) quoting the Sandwell case. Disability Rights (and we agree) say councils are misinterpreting this judgement. We have already lost at one Valuation Tribunal on this issue.
