Customer Services Swansea
Wed 29-Oct-08 11:08 AM

Does anyone have a direct number for Customer Services at the Swansea PC centre. So far they have refused to give us a direct number until we send a fax or email. The fax didn't work and we are not allowed to send anyone's personal details by email.

Any contact numbers gratefully recieved!

Yes and No! Swansea's a mystery to me. But as LA workers we've been (in 2007) given a phone number and names and an email address, available to all LA workers in Wales and the South West of England.

I'll email them to you in a minute.

I have had a lot of problems with Swansea and their refusal to help even though we have ''alternative office'' status. As a last resort a couple of clients have been advised to complain via their MP, who along with our our Chief Executive wrote to Terry Moran The Pension Service head.
As a result I got a list of contact numbers and was also advised that there is an escalation route we can use via the local service visiting team. In dire cases I email the local team contact with all the background and he escalates it up. I have had good results.

Swansea Pension Centre Laison Officer Raymond Jones 01792 765697 is responsible for liasing with partner organisations, providing information on performance and progress on transformation of services.

Customer Services Manager Dawn Stomeman 01792 765772

Pension Service Centre Manager Peta Phillips 01792 765687

If your client still feels their complaint has not been handled satisfactorily you can go to The Independent Case Examiner within six months of any response to a complaint. 0845 606 0777
