Does anyone have a direct number for Customer Services at the Swansea PC centre. So far they have refused to give us a direct number until we send a fax or email. The fax didn't work and we are not allowed to send anyone's personal details by email.

Yes and No! Swansea's a mystery to me. But as LA workers we've been (in 2007) given a phone number and names and an email address, available to all LA workers in Wales and the South West of England.

I have had a lot of problems with Swansea and their refusal to help even though we have ''alternative office'' status. As a last resort a couple of clients have been advised to complain via their MP, who along with our our Chief Executive wrote to Terry Moran The Pension Service head. As a result I got a list of contact numbers and was also advised that there is an escalation route we can use via the local service visiting team. In dire cases I email the local team contact with all the background and he escalates it up. I have had good results.
