Hi, I've applied for an IRS appeal against the (2nd) refusal of a CCG. IRS requested papers from local office 6 weeks ago and have sent 2 reminders (as have I, seperately) but the papers are still not forthcoming. Are there are guidelines in place about timescales etc? Thanks
