Failed WCA nil points!
Decision upheld at tribunal!

I know there is no direct comparison between the two benefit regimes, etc. But even so I'm struck dumb. Just had to post it and get some of my anger and surprise vented, before I examine the SOR for referral to Upper Tribunal. This was our first ESA appeal case, and it does not bode well. Oh well!

and of course watch for DLA being pulled as well.
