Currently having issues with the DWP Offices which are now remote, in as far as they are for ever not paying or delaying dealing with back dated payments of benefit in cases where we have discovered a error in the clients rate of payment or even when the tribunal finds in clients favour.
We are now looking at using small claims court for pursuing what is a legal debt in our opinion. Any one attempted this , I would be grateful of any opinions , fedd back on experiences etc

Well, that is exactly the route which DWP threaten to use when pursuing alleged overpayments.......
