Update to my last problem, regarding Client had previously worked with the examining Doctor at her PCA.
Tribunal adjourned and requested TAS to enquire if new PCA was required, they in turn contacted said Doctor who stated he may have worked with client in the past, yet they both spoke for some time about past work and their families, this was witnessed at PCA by clients friend.
