Our client has left partner. Children since been taken into temporary care as concerns re them continuing to stay with other parent. Our client paying towards temporary care for children as unable to have them to stay in current accommodation.

Child Benefit and Child Tax Credits still being paid to former partner and have been advised this will continue for a number of weeks.

Is there any way to get Child Ben and Tax Credits paid immediately to our client?
