'Hello my name is Jacqueline Mellor. I am writing to you from the Media Trust which is a charitable organisation that produces programmes for local authorities and charities.

Media Trust Productions are producing a 15 minute film for the HMRC on tax credits and are looking for participants.

The programme which will be shown on the Community Channel is about the renewal of tax credits and will be an entertaining guide on how to renew a claim for tax credits. The film will look at the subject of who is eligible, application deadlines, changes in the household - if the partner moves in or out, or if kids leave school or college and what you should have to hand when you call about tax credits.

We are looking for case studies (people's experiences of claiming tax credits) for example - did they find the application confusing or overwhelming? Did they leave the renewal until the last minute? Were they underpaid or overpaid?'
