Does anyone have this case?
(about disclosure by a third party to an office not handling your claim, but reasonably believes the info will be passed to the correct office - may count as a valid disclosure).

The date is well pre Hinchy, so if it says that that is good disclosure you need to check on the effects of Hinchy (which tends to knock that on the head).
