reciever has £50,000 in account that has accumulated through a build up of section 117 payments (?)

clients DLA and state pension are paid to reciever who pays them in to a 'utility' account and then pays bills etc from this account

client recieves his occupational pension of about £120pcm direct to him
cl is over 60, cl has not claimed PC or HB/CTB

CPAG book says payments out of funds administered by courts are ignored completely as both capital and income

does this apply to my clients situation ?

also, what about HB and CTB?
