...well, my client did sign it, just didn't date it. Is what he wrote in it still legally binding? He filled it in himself and made a complete hash of it and the EMP has based a lot of his report on it. The appeal is this Thursday and I'm having trouble putting an argument together, especially as he reportedly told the EMP that he was fit and well enough to look after his partner, and that was a full time job in itself.
